During non-transmitted (nontx) profile configuration, interface index of the transmitted (tx) profile is used to retrieve the wireless device (wdev) associated with it. With MLO, this 'wdev' may be part of an MLD with more than one link, hence only interface index is not sufficient anymore to retrieve the correct tx profile. Add a new attribute to configure link id of tx profile.
